Pam’s Kitchen Serving the Community was born from a simple truth: no one should struggle alone. What started as one woman’s desire to help her neighbors has grown into a grassroots movement of compassion, dignity, and hope in Gonzales, Texas.

Our founder, Pamela Smith, has always believed that service is more than handing out food or clothing — it’s about showing people they matter. For years, she watched families face hardship, seniors go without support, and children lack basic necessities. Instead of waiting for someone else to step in, she rolled up her sleeves and created a place where the community could come together and lift one another up.

Pam’s Kitchen began with home‑cooked meals shared from the heart. Word spread quickly, and soon the mission expanded into a full community support program offering:
